Dataminded is a premium data & AI strategy and engineering consultancy agency , established in 2014. Currently, we have around 60 talented People on-board, serving clients in Belgium.
We specialize in providing strategic advice and technical expertise in cloud architecture & engineering, secure and scalable data infrastructure and data & analytics. With a proven track record in delivering impactful and long-lasting solutions. Historically, Dataminded expertise concentrated around designing and building technology supporting any type of data analytics, with a focus on industrialising use cases and rolling-out foundational data platforms. Throughout the years we have delivered more than 200 use cases, 30 data platforms, and have trained more than 600 people for around 50 clients.
For a few years now, Dataminded has bundled its experience from the field in a complementary data strategy offering, including a proof of value of relevant business and technology capabilities. Essentially, Dataminded organizes its expertise in 4 areas:
- AI Engineering: build and maintain scalable, robust and reliable AI systems
- Data Engineering: automate end-to-end data processing from ingestion of raw data up till data products and insights, including data governance matters like data quality, observability, privacy and security
- Platform Engineering: build and maintain scalable, robust and secure data infrastructure, tools and workflows enabling data democratization and self-service

Dataminded offers the following expert roles or profiles. We typically bring these roles and skills together in multi-disciplinary and joint client-Dataminded teams.
1. AI/Data/Platform Engineer: Data & AI engineers are at the heart of what we do with and for our clients. Advocate of software engineering best practices, strong end-user orientation and delivery capacity. The role’s core mission is to develop, test and deploy a wide range of data analytics solutions, addressing business, functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Qualifications: Experience in software development, problem-solving, and consulting, with a strong focus on rolling out new technology and solutions. Excellent coding skills (Python, SQL, Java, Golang, etc.) and masters frameworks like Spark and DBT. Experience in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) .
1. Solution Architect are at the forefront of technical decision-making, driving architectural vision, and ensuring the successful implementation of high-quality data analytics solutions. The role’s core mission is planning and designing solutions for our clients, focusing on long-term sustainability, and leading the implementation of pilots and new initiatives.
Key Qualifications: Experience in software development, problem-solving, and consulting, with a strong focus on rolling out new technology and solutions. Experience with big data technologies, tools, and programming languages. Track record of building and operating cloud data platforms
1. Data Architect: We believe that data, just like core software applications, must be designed, managed, and delivered as high-quality products to its consumers. The role’s core mission is to define the architectural patterns that transform raw data into trustworthy, discoverable, and valuable data products that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Qualifications: Expert proficiency in conceptual/logical data modeling and defining interface schemas rn Experience with various types of analytics, including business intelligence, machine learning, and GenAI rn Track record of building and operating cloud data platforms.
1. Data/AI Strategist are leading and shaping our clients' data & AI transformation from initial ambition to end-user adoption. The role’s core mission is to bridge strategy and execution, ensuring we deliver real business value.
Key Qualifications: Experience leading large, cross-functional data initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments. Experience with prioritization frameworks and translating user needs into tangible metrics.
