Assistant Site Manager

During this internship, you will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day activities on site.

You are responsible for the work preparation, the analysis of specifications and plans and making responsible choices in the execution of the project and the planning of both personnel and equipment. In consultation with the purchasing department, as site manager you are involved in the purchasing policy and the selection of any subcontractors.

Furthermore, you are responsible for the entire technical and financial follow-up of the construction site in progress. You ensure that the works are carried out according to the safety, quality and environmental requirements and that the sites are delivered within the planned schedule and budget.

This internship can be at 1 of the sites in Flanders, taking into account what is possible or feasible with your place of residence.
