Site Manager

As a site manager, you will help ensure the qualitative and efficient execution of 1 or 2 construction projects from the preparation of the site to the final delivery of the building.

You are responsible for directing, coordinating, following up and adjusting all work in the realization of a project. For this you work closely with site management, foremen and workers.

• You will support the site manager in the administrative aspects of the site.
• Establish and monitor implementation planning.
• In coordination with the project manager, maintaining contacts with client, architect, engineering firm,... and participating in site meetings.
• Watch over quality and safety in the yard.
• Daily leadership of the site team in which you strive to achieve a healthy balance between the technical and relational aspects on site.
