Students

Dear students, researchers and young professionals,

Are you curious about radiation effects in electronics and eager to connect with professionals in the field?

We're excited to invite motivated Master's students and PhD researchers from across Flanders to join us free of charge for an exclusive YoungMinds@RADECS, Europe's largest conference on radiation-hardened electronics and systems, taking place in Antwerp.

๐Ÿ—“ When:
Wednesday, October 1, 2025 - starting from 14:15

๐Ÿงพ Afternoon Program:
14:15 - 15:15 | Women in Engineering session
15:15 - 16:15 | Poster Session
16:15 - 16:45 | Coffee Break
16:45 - 18:00 | Poster Session (continued)

In addition to the technical sessions, you'll be able to visit the industry expo and engage with researchers and professionals from all over Europe.

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ After the conference, there will be an opportunity to grab dinner together with the student group and myself (the student program organizer), followed by a casual networking event in a local bar in Antwerp. Please note that both the dinner and networking event are optional. The dinner is self-paid and not included in the registration. While there is no entrance fee for the networking event, drinks are at your own expense (except for a welcome drink). You're welcome to join one, both, or simply attend the afternoon sessions - whatever suits you best. These informal moments are a great chance to connect with fellow students, young professionals, and experts in a relaxed setting.

The networking event presents a unique opportunity to engage with leading professionals in the field of radiation research in a relaxed and informal setting. A carefully selected group of experts has been personally invited and will be available for meaningful conversations, questions, and valuable networking. This is your chance to connect with key figures in the field.

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Registration is free, but spots are limited - please fill in this form to apply for a place:
