Engineers of Tomorrow Scholarship
For engineers, by engineers!

Who represents your company?

Engineers of Tomorrow attaches great importance to "for engineers, by engineers." We are keen to extend this to our job fair. It is of enormous added value to our students when your company is represented by engineers. During a conversation, our students not only discover what your company can offer them, but also what a day in the life of an engineer at your company looks like and what a career at your company entails.

Who will represent your company?
We would like to know in advance (name + email), so that each representative can receive a personalized QR code to print their badge and the registration process can run smoothly!

If any of the names provided change due to circumstances, please send an email to engineersoftomorrow@uantwerpen.be and we will make the necessary adjustments.

MARLIES HAS EDITED UP TO THIS POINT, BELOW IS STILL A MESS (BUT INSPIRATION ;))

Make several individual calls on short notice!

How do the speed dates work?

During a speed date, you will have an individual conversation with one of our students for 10 minutes . The preliminary schedule of speed dates will be communicated in advance , in such a way that both companies and students can prepare for this conversation.

Most of our students will be physically present at the job fair. Speed dates with these students will of course take place at your company booth. However, some of our students are abroad at the time of the job fair. We also like to offer them the opportunity to participate in the job fair and therefore we also facilitate virtual speed dates. If your company needs to conduct virtual speeddates, you will be notified in advance with more information.

There is always a 10-minute break between two speeddates. This time is used by the students to move on to their next speed date.

Company Profile

Create/update your company profile to register for the job fair.
The company profile is linked to your personal EoT profile.

Confirm registration

Please confirm by Oct. 31 that your company wishes to register to participate in the job fair.
As soon as the registration is successfully completed, the company profile will be visible to our students.

Status update

On January 10, you will receive an email from us regarding the status of your registration.
Our students can submit their favorite companies until the end of December. This result determines if your company will be invited to participate in the job fair, or if your company will be put on the waiting list. On January 10, the status of your registration on the dashboard will therefore change to "selected" or "waiting list".
If you see the status "waiting list", find out here why the story for your company does not end here!

Confirm participation

Please confirm by January 31, 2025 that your company wishes to participate in the job fair.
If we do not receive confirmation in time, the place will be passed on to a company on the waiting list.

  • See how the day itself goes.

Was your company not selected to participate in the job fair? Don't worry, the story certainly doesn't have to stop here!

  • Upload vacancies on the company profile. Students will be active on our website in the coming period. If they see an interesting vacancy from your company, they can always contact you this way!
  • Non-selected companies will be put on the waiting list . Therefore, if one or more companies have not confirmed by January 31, there is always the possibility that we may still contact you for participation.
  • Buy the resume book such that you can still contact our graduating students yourself! More information and terms and conditions can be found in our FAQ.
