A unique concept
Job fair for engineers, by engineers
Our job fair is unique in Flanders! Why?
Speed dates
Students and companies are matched in advance so that both parties can prepare. They meet during short 10-minute speed dates. These take place at the company stand.
For engineers, by engineers
We ask each company to send at least one engineer to the fair so that our students can ask substantive questions about the vacancies.
Open job fair
After the speed dates, the job fair continues in a more traditional manner, and alumni and other engineers are also welcome.

Who represents your company?
Badges and access

Engineers of Tomorrow attaches great importance to "for engineers, by engineers." We are pleased to extend this approach to our job fair. It is of tremendous value to our students when your company is represented by engineers. During a conversation, our students not only discover what your company can offer them, but also what a day in the life of an engineer at your company looks like and what a career at your company entails.
Who will represent your company?
We would like to know in advance (name + email), so that each representative can receive a personalized QR code to print their badge and the registration process can run smoothly!
If any of the names provided change due to circumstances, please send an email to engineersoftomorrow@uantwerpen.be and we will make the necessary adjustments.
Prepare yourself
Speeddates
We match students and companies in advance so that both can prepare for their speed dates.
How?
From Monday, March 9, the speed date program will be available on your dashboard, where we will also keep it up to date with any last-minute changes.
You can also download the CV book from the dashboard.
The combination of both allows you to get to know the job seekers a little bit.
Also, make sure that the company representatives present at the fair also have access to the dashboard. This can be done via a separate login, which you link to the company profile, or you can also share logins.
