Young Pro Trainee
I am attending an 18-month traineeship at Equans, aimed at developing management skills. During this course, I carried out several projects under the supervision of experienced project managers. One of my main assignments was the coordination of the closure systems of the Beaver Tunnel (barriers and related installations). Here I was responsible for the entire process: from preparation and customer consultation to execution, commissioning and handover. My role is multi-technical but at management level. I also gained six months of experience in the HSEQ team and the Workforce & Transformation team, where I collaborated on organization-wide internal projects. Soon, I will start my last project within Services, where I will further delve into maintenance projects at Equans.
