Project Engineer
Project engineer at an engineering firm specializing in consulting services for existing concrete structures (damage assessment, structural analysis). Technical knowledge, as well as communication and organizational skills, are essential. The role involves a mix of “office” work and “field” work.
My responsibilities include, among other things:
- Prepare a proposal, including a technical plan of action; contact the client to understand the objective of the request
- Conducting on-site concrete testing (non-destructive testing, supervising technicians performing destructive testing)
- Analysis of inspection data and laboratory results, preparation of reports, and provision of advice.
