As an Assistant Project Manager at Equans—Water Process division—I am responsible for both the project cost estimation for securing new water treatment projects and ensuring their proper execution and coordination once the project has been awarded. At Aquafin’s sites, we carry out electromechanical renovations and new construction projects, including the construction of new water treatment plants. In addition, municipalities are among our clients. In this context, we are responsible for the construction and management of water treatment facilities for new public swimming pool projects. As a contractor, we match our clients’ needs and requirements with the appropriate equipment and systems from our suppliers and subcontractors, with a focus on energy and cost efficiency. A strong technical foundation combined with a critical eye are essential qualities in this sector to ensure projects are delivered flawlessly. Collaboration is also central to this role, as you, as a contractor, serve as the central link between all parties involved in the project.
