As a Data Strategist at Telenet, I connect (data) technical teams with various business stakeholders. My role involves three main responsibilities: identifying and implementing AI-driven data solutions and analyses, providing strategic advice, and coordinating cross-departmental collaboration. On a daily basis, I use skills such as data analysis, strategic thinking, storytelling, stakeholder management, and business case development. My day often starts with a check-in with my team, followed by meetings with stakeholders to share insights and discuss strategies. Sometimes these are supplemented with workshops to better understand business challenges. In addition, I coordinate the implementation of data solutions and monitor their impact on the business. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong communication skills to translate data into concrete actions and value for the organization.
