Field Engineer, EMR-Engineering
I am responsible for the entire measurement and control system (instrumentation, valves, DCS system, programming, automation, etc.) at one of our ten production facilities. This involves the day-to-day operations of the production facility, such as troubleshooting and resolving issues, programming advanced automation systems, and contributing to renovation and new construction projects.
In addition, I am responsible for Functional Safety for the entire site in Antwerp. This includes assisting colleagues with implementation, managing larger Functional Safety projects, developing and optimizing standards, providing training, and coordinating with Functional Safety colleagues from other sites and companies.
