Manager of Management & Innovation Infrastructure
Since 2019, I have been the manager of the Infrastructure Management & Innovation department. This department consists of a "projects" team responsible for the project management of investment projects (buildings and rail infrastructure, across the design, tendering, and execution phases), a "real estate management & PPP" team, and an "infrastructure management" team (standardization, life cycle analysis, etc.). The department comprises approximately 60 FTEs (engineers, architects, highly skilled technicians, etc.), including 6 senior management positions reporting to me. My days are filled with consultations with internal and external stakeholders, developing short- and long-term strategies (substantive and budgetary), attending steering committees, coaching the employees directly under me, and more. Required competencies include operational excellence, problem-solving, people management, strategic insight, and stakeholder management, preferably combined with knowledge of infrastructure and asset management.
